Is there an area of your health that you would like to improve? Meghan is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and offers virtual Health Coaching.

Integrative Nutrition encompasses much more than diet. It is based on the principle that we are all bio-individual, so what works for one person may not work for another.

It is also based on the theory that there are many factors besides diet that contribute to our overall health. Home environment, joy, relationships, creativity, spirituality, health, finances, career, education, physical activity, social life and home cooking are 12 areas that can influence how we feel, and are topics that can be incorporated into your program.

In her 6 month program, Meghan meets 1:1 virtually with clients every 2 weeks. Each program is client-led and tailored to the individual’s needs.
